Refund and return policy

At SaltyHaze Threads, each product is crafted on-demand through our partner, Printful. This approach allows us to offer unique, high-quality items made specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, our return and refund policies are as follows:

Returns & Exchanges

  • Made-to-Order Products: All items are made to order; therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preferences.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Shipments

  • Invalid Address: If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, reshipment costs will be the customer's responsibility.

  • Unclaimed Shipments: Orders unclaimed at customs or delivery points will be returned to Printful's facility. Reshipment costs in such cases will also be the customer's responsibility.

Timeframe for Claims

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Lost Shipments: Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Additional Notes

  • Photographic Evidence: For any claims regarding damaged or defective items, please provide clear photographs showing the issue. This helps us process your claim efficiently.
